One is the once proud ruler of Latveria who has been transported to the year 2099 where he cannot remember fully the person he once was! The other an elderly old man who rules the data island of Myridia in his bed with plenty of connections coming out of him from who-doesn't-want-to-know-where!

He also ends up in the internet, or their version of it in 92 years from now, and fights some hacker who's taken on some crazy alias. And just general crazy wild stuff that only Doom can get himself into and out of!
