Alright, so you're probably wondering just what I'm talking about here, huh? Well, apparently someone thought we needed more Batman. Specifically to amp everyone up for the release of The Dark Knight. While trolling through a comics/cartoon forum I ran across this picture. So I hopped over to Newsarama and found that they did indeed have an article talking about this. So it's not just me being gullible once again.

They also talked about some other projects that are coming, such as the Superman/Doomsday DVD, the Justice League New Frontier based off of Darwyn Cooke's spectacular tale, and something about Wonder Woman that I don't really care all that much for.

Basically this Batman Anime will be composed of six short stories told by different top-name writers, such as Brian Azzarello (writer of 100 Bullets), Josh Olsen (The History of Violence), and screenwriter of the Blade films and Batman Begins David Goyer. There will be others but they haven't been named publicly yet.

You should look forward to this a few weeks before the new Batman movie is released!
