Alternate fantastic Four

I'm back with a vengeance... and a new team.

This team is an alternate version of the Fantastic Four. It has people with the FF Team Ability but who aren't normally on the team in the comics. Here's the team:

U Crystal- 62 points
U Medusa- 57 points
E Mr. Fantastic- 62 points
E She-Hulk- 110 points

Let's start off with a breakdown of the characters. Crystal is the sniper of the team with a range of eight. Just place her on top of a building and let her blast away. She has 10 speed so she doesn't need a taxi, and she's got 17 defense to protect her. If things get to close for comfort, use her Pulse Wave or Quake to send the baddies flying. If she takes too much damage and she's pretty banged up, use Smoke Cloud to make a speedy escape. If you want to run earlier (especially if Crystal's staring at an angry Hulk) use barrier to block your path.

Next up is Medusa. Her main purpose is to Incapacitate the heavy hitters so She-Hulk can beat down on them. She can also base the heavies and keep 'em wrapped up with plasticity. However, Medusa is dreadfully slow and will have a hard time getting in place without a flier. If she does get hurt (which she will) she gets Flurry so let her make two attacks. The problem with this is her low damage of 1. So pretty much, don't get hurt and hold down the opponent until the cavalry comes.

Next is Mr. Fantastic from the Fantasic Forces set. He's a tricky figure to play because of his powers, but basically use him to back up your other figures. He has Perplex on his first click, Enhancement on his second, and Outwit on his next two. He shouldn't have trouble getting into place with 10 speed and Leap/Climb so just run around to help out your team. However, once he gets Outwit, he loses Leap/Climb for Plasticity. When this happens, run into the fray and tie up the enemy, Outwitting pesky powers when you need to. Try not to push him, because he really drops powers quickly.

Last, we have She-Hulk. She's the beef of the team with 10 attack, 4 damage, and 16 defense. Just Charge her in and smack the other team's heavy hitter around. She has Invulneralbility and 16 defense so don't worry about her getting killed to bad. If she does take some damage she can run back with Leap/Climb and reset.

All in all, this team should do pretty good and should be fun to play with with two Plasticity figures. It might not win you a tournament but you can still enjoy playing with it.
